Witchaven was the setting for many telestic sessions which took place in front of the house, as pictured. The tree had grown throughout both floors of the inside of the house when JLL was first shown it by his now departed friend Berkley, mentioned in this talk, who was a key player in the birth of the Terma. The tree was the guardian of the house.
