Additional to following the FGS and practicing PT, what helps you differentiate between the true and fantastic imaginations?

I’m taking the meme of the following sea onboard for the first time, from today’s January 9 Menhir post.  It feels immediately useful to focus on catching that force.  Thanks for translating what it’s all about, from the celestial sphere.  I feel practically blind on the ground while continuing lessons in observation.

I’m grateful to have the school up and running again.  Thank you.  I am also interested in the Eternal Return.  Lately my mind has been on death and the acceptance of this inevitability, so the ER topic feels timely and relevant.   Holding onto my jammies for now.
