NIHI Interview
(futureprimitive.org, Conducted by Joanna Harcourt-Smith)
The codices (books) of the Nag Hammadi collection discovered in Egypt in December 1945 present the earliest (i.e. oldest) surviving example of texts in the form of intact volumes of bound pages. They consist of sheets of papyrus cut into small pages and leather bound, about the size of a clutch purse. The above photo gives some idea of the condition of the texts. As explained in these talks, the condition of the contents is of comparably bad condition.
Some of you who may be new to PT and the Gnostic message, and now engaged in exploring Nemeta may not yet have read Not in His Image. If so, the interviews I gave in Spain in spring 2008 may be of interest to you for orientation to the book and a range of related topics to be discovered in the investigation of PT, Gnosticism, and the Fallen Goddess Scenario. They can be found in a playlist on the channel linked here:

Interview begins at 3:35. Gaucin, Andalucia, Spring 2008.
NOTE: futureprimitive.org is still on line, though it does not reflect the purpose for which it was originally intended. I originally created the site as a platform for JHS to interview people who were preserving indigenous oral traditions and developing emergent communities based on ecological principles.
Original banner for futureprimitive. I chose the art from the work of Gustav Baumann who painted impressionistic landscapes of New Mexico.
Caveat: In an interview with Douglas Rushkoff (scroll down the link for short video clip, widely cited) in April 2008, JHS falsely claimed to have created futureprimitive on her own, and she allowed Rushkoff to state that she was responsible for writing the mission statement for metahistory.org as well, without correcting him on that assumption. I requested that to preserve our friendship she ought to make a public retraction of those two errors. She refused, and that ended for me a friendship of 22 years.
Today, futureprimitive.org is a platform for Leftist virtue-signalling from narcissistic do-gooders. Be advised, I no longer have any contact with JHS. – jll
